In order to play the map put the bsp file you get from the ZIP file and just place it in your "maps" folder in the TF directory.

> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf

^ that's where your TF directory is in case you don't know. After that you want to start TF2. Once at the main menu open you console.
Type: "map vsh_tropics_v2" and press enter. The game will load the map. Now because it's in arena mode you have to add a bot in order to play the map.
So in order to play the map type: "sv_cheats 1" and then "bot" and now you can play the map on your own.
Of course you need to get in contact with a server owner for the map to get added to your local VSH server.
